I loved exploring the charming nearby Plaza del Charco and the beautiful Playa del Muelle, both just a short stroll away, which added so much to my weekend. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable.

Had an amazing stay! The spacious studio felt cozy with its well-equipped kitchen. Enjoyed delicious breakfasts with fresh pastries every morning. Just a stroll away from vibrant restaurants and the beautiful beach! Friendly staff made our trip feel special. Pro tip, opt for a room facing the courtyard for tranquility.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and played some tennis. The location is ideal for exploring nearby spots like the San Telmo Promenade and Monje Winery.

Unfortunately, we experienced some noise issues at night. We could hear people outside making loud noises, which made sleeping a bit challenging.

In my wife’s opinion, air conditioning should be standard. It would help keep the room comfortable, especially with the baby needing a good night's sleep.

Its prime location provides easy access to the city center and bus stations, making it ideal for exploring the area. However, the thin curtains allowed too much light in early in the morning and there were limited toiletries provided in the bathroom.

We had a solid 5 nights in a studio. The bed was huge and super comfy! Loved the sunny balcony with good views. Location was perfect for hitting up local bars and restaurants. I did notice the noise in the morning from the hall, which kinda sucked. Breakfast had decent options, but nothing fancy.

i recently visited puerto de la cruz again and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a lovely pool area that was not too crowded. breakfasts were diverse, featuring plenty of fresh fruits and...
